Karma as a teaching tool

The dilema of karma is that many have excused harmful behavior to karma .some have said its someones karma to serve as a slave due to someones past bad karma, which is false since slavery in illegal and inhuman. This is why the caste system never worked and was declared illegal by evolved humans. If another rapes, In eye for eye to pay back the karma someone would have to engage in an illegal and inhuman behavior of rape,to pay back the karma,this of course is not divine Karma .Humans have evolved way past slavery and eye for eye beliefs. There is no excuse for eye for eye, only in self defense ought another inflict violence upon another. Hate speech & prejudice all is illegal, and a crime that puts people in jail in the USA. Divine Karma is for the protection of life, liberty and Happiness. This includes one real properity that one aquires legally. I adore the United Nations Declaration of Human rights 217a it is an extention and progression of the USA constitution and its 27 amendments and now up and coming 28th.
